Really not happy with your hiring practices. I have told your hiring people at least once I am very happy where I am, with no interest in going anywhere. I still get calls every three months. Today I told the guy three times I did not want to talk to the hiring manager before I simply hung up on him. There is a difference between pleasantly persistent and aggressive. These people fail to make the distinction. If for whatever reason I change work places, it won't be for here

After I complete my brokerage course, I had meet with many brokerage house & found that many brokerage house concentrate to appoint agent for the monthly fee in order to cover their overhead. I found Pegasus is very organized & professional in terms of many other brokerage house. Ever since I start work with them, I learned many things to market myself. Excellent place to work with and they are continuously keep educating agents to become competitive in market place & successful. All the trainings & workshops are very interactive & easy to follow. It's a very nice brokerage to work with, especially for new agents. The weekly training sessions and lender seminars are very helpful. I joined as a new agent and thanks to training sessions and seminars I was able to get up to speed very quickly. The agent support is amazing and there is a WhatsApp group for getting quick responses to your queries. Offices are very nice and beautiful; my clients are always impressed walking in.
