Really not happy with your hiring practices. I have told your hiring people at least once I am very happy where I am, with no interest in going anywhere. I still get calls every three months. Today I told the guy three times I did not want to talk to the hiring manager before I simply hung up on him. There is a difference between pleasantly persistent and aggressive. These people fail to make the distinction. If for whatever reason I change work places, it won't be for here

Had the opportunity to deal with Mani Sandhar, I was skeptical to deal with a fairly new agent, but I salute his level of professionalism and dedication, I know my circumstances were different and probably took him thru a roller coaster of issues and dilemmas, and at times thought it wasn't gonna happen, but his determination was just admirable, and eventually he got it completed. So I would definitely recommend him to anyone because he won't leave a stone unturned to make sure you get your deal completed and at the best rate possible. Had the opportunity to work with Max Kashyap as my mentor for completing my first deal and I’m impressed with his knowledge, dedication and commitment to see me succeed and push me through the the entire process and then call me at the end of the night to recap everything we did that day and go over every aspect of the file we worked on and answer any questions, concerns or difficulties I may have had. He truly is an amazing mentor and pretty much a life line to get me answers when needed, the first deal had its own set of complications and it took some time but Max didn’t lose faith in me and kept pushing me to get it completed and agreed that it was a hard file to work with but after this one everything else should be calm walk, and walked me thru pretty much every little detail that I was going thru or may arise. Anthony from Pegasus Mortgage held our hand through the entire process, and was very professional in making sure we got the application. It's a very nice brokerage to work with, especially for new agents. The weekly training sessions and lender seminars are very helpful. I joined as a new agent and thanks to training sessions and seminars I was able to get up to speed very quickly. The agent support is amazing and there is a WhatsApp group for getting quick responses to your queries. Offices are very nice and beautiful; my clients are always impressed walking in.
